The British government has agreed to provide training to the Karachi police for their capacity building to improve law and order in the city, according to sources.
In this connection, the Sindh government has been asked to prepare a working paper with the specific mention of its requirements.
This was agreed during a meeting between Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and a British delegation led by Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Tobias Ellwood at CM House on Monday.
