Two personnel of the Balochistan Constabulary were martyred and eight others were injured in attack on their checkpost in a remote area of Balochistan.
According to security officials, the incident took place this morning in Splinji area of Mastung district where miscreants fired rockets and grenades on a security checkpost from the surrounding mountains.
Officials said the armed attack left two personnel of Balochistan Constabulary martyred and eight others wounded. The miscreants fled from the scene after the attack.
Meanwhile, security forces cordoned off the area for a search operation.
