According to the documents, the list includes Asif Ali Zardari, Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Ishaq Dar, and Mohsin Naqvi. The record states that all listed individuals deposited the items received in the Toshakhana.
The recipients during the quarter also include the First Lady, IT Minister Shaza Fatima, Power Minister Awais Leghari, Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema, Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar.
Additional names cited in the Cabinet Division data include Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, the President’s Military Secretary, the President’s Spokesperson Murtaza Solangi, the Auditor General of Pakistan, Ministers of State for Railways and Finance, Musarrat Zaidi, DG Minerals Dr Nawaz Ahmed Virk, the Secretary Economic Affairs, the Secretary IT, the President’s ADC, and other officials.
The gifts received during the October–December period comprised a wide range of items. These included models of Roza-e-Rasool, the Khana Kaaba and Makkah Mukarramah, along with paintings, perfumes, shields, carpets, tea sets, swords, daggers, vases, watches, decorative pieces, Saudi coffee, books, royal caps, souvenirs, table clocks, a Metro Bus model, coffee pots, shirts, musical instruments, blankets, scarves, ties, and other articles.
Cabinet Division officials confirmed that all recipients deposited their gifts in the Toshakhana during the quarter. The department is currently assessing the value of the items, and related procedures remain underway. Unlike the list released for January–June 2025, the latest record does not include the names of the gift-givers.
The government led by Shehbaz Sharif has gradually made Toshakhana records public from 2002 through September 2025. Records covering the period from 1997 to 2001 had already been released earlier, as part of efforts to improve transparency around official gifts.
