Tori Spelling, the 50-year-old acclaimed actress, was discharged on Sunday from a Los Angeles emergency room. She had been admitted to the hospital on the preceding Thursday. However, the reasons for her hospitalization remain unsurprisingly, with fans and the media speculating about the cause of her unexpected health scare.
A few hours before her release, Spelling gave her fans a hint of her stay when she shared a photo on her Instagram story showcasing her patient wristband. She captioned, “4th day here, and I’m missing my kiddos so much.” The post-dated her admission to August 17. She also expressed gratitude towards her children, praising them for their strength and resilience. Even though the actress shared about her stay, she remained tight-lipped about the reasons for her hospitalization.
A Roller-Coaster Year
This hospital episode is one of the many headline-making events in Spelling’s life recently. The actress was spotted looking vibrant and in high spirits on a Beverly Hills set just a day before her hospital admission. Additionally, she had been residing in an RV with her five children, a choice made after her Los Angeles rental home had a severe mould outbreak which she claims made her family ill.
Adding to the strain, the actress faced personal turmoil in June when Dean McDermott, her husband of almost two decades, publicly announced their decision to divorce. In a now-deleted Instagram post, he mentioned their commitment to co-parenting their children during this challenging period.
