Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has announced plans to file 120 lawsuits against entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual abuse.
In a press conference held on October 1, 2024, Buzbee, joined by co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, disclosed that one of the complainants was a 9-year-old who was purportedly promised a record deal by Combs, which regrettably led to sexual abuse.
Buzbee conveyed the difficulties many victims faced in coming forward, citing fears of retaliation from their communities, families, and even the perpetrators. He emphasized that this legal action aims to unveil the involvement of several influential figures. The lawsuits encompass allegations from 120 individuals, split evenly between men and women, including at least 25 minors at the time of the alleged incidents.
The victims represent residents from over 25 states, including California, New York, Georgia, and Florida. The forthcoming lawsuits might also implicate various corporate entities, such as banks and hotels, allegedly profiting from exploitation.
