The three member bench of Supreme Court, headed by Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani, will take up the case at SC Karachi. The other two members of the bench are Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.
Law enforcement agencies including police, Rangers and intelligence agencies will submit their performance reports.
