At least ten people killed in a late night blaze that erupted in shanties and howels of an isolated island in Thatta.
According to police and rescue officials, the incident took place in an island near Keti Bandar.
Police said intense blaze engulfed several huts late on Saturday, and before the fire could be extinguished, it left three women and four children dead on the spot, with several others injured.
They said three others with burn injuries died on way to hospital. The victims include three women, five children and two men.
