Intelligence agencies have issued a threat alert regarding possibility of terrorist attack on at least seven persons.
According to the threat alert, ex-Janood-ul-Fida (JUF) terrorists are planning to target following individuals in Karachi.
The key individuals include
a. SSP Rao Anwar
b. DSP Mehdi Imran (CID) Gulshan-e-Gohar
c. Dr Aqeel, eye clinic Gulshan-e-Iqbal
d. Prof. Tafseer Rizvi and Hussain Abbas Rizvi
e. Jibran Nasir (member of HRs)
f. Mohtamim of Imambargah ex Rizwan society
g. A sources of intelligence agency residing in Safora Goth.”
