Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that, “those talking about revolution weren’t pulling the legs of the government but the nation, adding that Tahirul Qadri’s agenda makes him laugh”.
Addressing the ceremony after launching the Vision 2025 programme, Nawaz said his government doesn’t agree with Qadri’s revolution. He said the government was launching Vision 2025 while others were discussing August 14.
PM said those talking about revolution should have participated in elections if they wanted to bring a change, adding that they weren’t pulling the legs of the government but the nation.
He asked if anyone has learnt any lesson from Pakistan’s 67 years of history. He questioned the protesters as to what they have decided for the country?
Slamming PTI, Nawaz asked if there was any development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said his government will end load shedding during their tenure.
PM said the country faced a loss of $100 billion in terrorism, adding that war on terror should end now.
