A formal complaint has been lodged with the Supreme Judicial Council against Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court, alleging his involvement in activities contrary to state interests.
The complainant, Advocate Waqas Malik, who previously served as the Secretary of the Islamabad High Court Bar, submitted the petition to the Supreme Judicial Council.
In his submission, Advocate Malik accuses Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of pursuing an agenda that undermines state security and claims that he has implicated other judges in these actions.
Advocate Malik has urged the Supreme Judicial Council to promptly address these serious allegations against Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and recommend his suspension from judicial duties pending further investigation.
