The Supreme Court has issued a stern prohibition against TV channels from airing or rebroadcasting discussions that may affect ongoing legal proceedings, specifically those involving Faisal Vawda and Mustafa Kamal.
The Supreme Court’s directive is part of a written order issued during the contempt of court proceedings against the aforementioned individuals.
In its order, the Supreme Court clarified that the broadcast or rebroadcast of content deemed contemptuous could be considered an act of contempt of court.
