Sukkur IBA Testing Services has finalized preparations to administer the MDCAT retake in Sindh. The retake, scheduled for Sunday, December 8, 2024, aims to maintain transparency and merit in compliance with directives from the Sindh High Court.
The MDCAT will occur at locations like Karachi University, NED University of Engineering and Technology, Mehran University, and Sukkur IBA. The service noted that “we have arranged proper seating for parents and guardians at all centres. “
Entry Points for Ease of Access for MDCAT 2024 Retake
To facilitate smooth entry, different gates will serve as access points at each location:
- Karachi University: Metroville Gate, Maskan Gate, and Shaikh Zaid Gate.
- IBA Public School Sukkur: Gate number 3.
- Mehran University Jamshoro: Gate number 2.
- Hyderabad Public School Latifabad: Central gate.
- Police Training School Larkana: Main gate.

Candidate Instructions
The authorities have instructed candidates to avoid bringing mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets to the examination centres. Candidates must bring their original Admit Slip and one of the following documents for verification:
- CNIC
- Juvenile Card
- Passport
- Matriculation Marksheet
- Intermediate Marksheet
Dr. Asif Shaikh, VC of Sukkur IBA, assured us of the integrity of the testing process. “There is no chance of cheating or paper leaks. We have placed the papers under strict security, and special teams will oversee the test to ensure it is conducted smoothly and fairly,” he stated.
