Suicide Bombing Targets Security Forces in Peshawar’s Hayatabad

A targeted suicide bomber targeted a vehicle belonging to the security forces the apparent focus of the attack in Peshawar’s Hayatabad region on Tuesday.

Early analysis by the police suggests the explosion was indeed a suicide bombing. This terrifying incident resulted in the injury of an estimated eight individuals.

Rescue services and law enforcement authorities quickly arrived at the scene, proceeding to seal off the surrounding area.

Security officials say that a pick-up truck carrying Pakistan paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) personnel was struck by a suicide attacker. “Total 8 personnel are injured. The Aftermath and Ongoing Developments

Emerging reports from the scene, post the horrifying incident, indicate a toll of at least eight people injured. However, specifics regarding the identities and the current condition of those injured remain undisclosed at this time.

Reacting to the attack, security forces were prompt in securing the zone, setting up a cordon and initiating an inquiry into this dreadful act of violence.

The public is urged to steer clear of the affected area until the situation is fully under control and deemed safe.”
