Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs has taken legal action against reality TV personality Mulan Hernandez, whose real name is Mia Jones, accusing her of assault and an extortion scheme. The lawsuit, filed in Harris County, Texas, also lists Brianna “Brii” Mack as a defendant.
According to the six-count lawsuit, Diggs, 31, alleges that Jones physically assaulted him—including punching him in the chest and threatening him with a deadly weapon. He further claims that Jones and Mack attempted to extort millions of dollars from him by fabricating abuse allegations. The lawsuit seeks damages for “defendant misconduct and destruction of property.”
Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, characterized his relationship with Jones as “casual” and stated it occurred in the months leading up to the June 7, 2024, incident cited in the lawsuit. Schaffer highlighted the severity of the situation, saying:
“There were threats coming from [Jones] that he had to pay her money or she was going to go public and ruin his career. At some point, it just has to end.”

June 7 Incident: Property Damage & Alleged Threats
The lawsuit details a confrontation on June 7, 2024, when Jones and Mack allegedly refused to leave Diggs’ apartment and destroyed property, including:
- A $130,000 luxury wristwatch
- A PC gaming system
- Diggs’ phone, which was thrown into a toilet
Jones reportedly sought medical attention twice—once for nausea and vomiting after a night of partying, and later alleging physical abuse. However, Diggs’ attorney denied the abuse claims, asserting that Diggs had no contact with Jones on the day of her second hospital visit.
