The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has received a complaint alleging that Justice Sayyed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi has assets beyond his means.
After the reference was submitted today, the SJC was asked to launch an investigation into the Supreme Court judge’s $3 billion worth of assets.
According to the complaint, Justice Naqvi “violated” the Code of CONstancy for judges of the Supreme Court, which was filed under Clause (5) of Article 209 of the Constitution.
