After Friday clashes between PAT workers and Punjab Police, agitated workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) took hostage six policemen on Saturday who were performing their duties near Minhaj Secretariat in Model Town, Lahore.
These policemen were holed up in a room inside the Minhaj Secretariat.
According to the Minhaj Secretariat, they were treated well and given water.
According to Police, Senior police officials are negotiating for the release of these policemen.
