Islamabad: Contractual employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Monday continued their sit-in outside Bani Gala residence of Imran Khan for second consecutive day.
Employees and teachers associated with Workers Welfare Board (WWB) in Dera Ismail Khan, Tank and Lakki Marwat districts of KPK have been protesting since Sunday morning for ten-month salaries and permanent jobs.
The protestors claim they chose Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s residence to protest outside it after failing to get provincial government’s attention.
Refusing to negotiate none other than the PTI chief, the protestors refuse to go back home and vow to continue the sit-in amid food and stay arrangements.
