A Station House Officer (SHO) gunned down in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) on Monday.
According to initial reports, unknown gunmen opened fire on a police mobile in Zaidah area, killing the SHO instantly and leaving three others wounded.
According to the police, one passer-by was also wounded in retaliatory fire.
