Session court suspending the order by civil court allowed Bahria Town to use the brand ‘Bahria’. The judge also issued notices to both sides seeking a response on April 19.

Earlier a civil court  directed the management of Bahria Town to refrain from using ‘Bahria’ in its name as Bahria Foundation had filed the petition in Rawalpindi Civil Court to prevent Bahria Town from using this title.
