Senator Faisal Vawda, previously disqualified by the courts for submitting a false affidavit regarding his dual citizenship while serving as a member of parliament, continues to engage actively in legal proceedings.
Vawda, who has admitted to the falsification and subsequently apologized unconditionally in court, claims that his current actions are driven solely by public interest and are not influenced by external parties. He is now focusing on obtaining records related to Justice Babar Sattar’s green card as part of his ongoing legal and public advocacy efforts.
