The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is said to sport a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, described as brighter and more efficient. It could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset globally. Moreover, it may have an Exynos 2600 SoC in select regions. The phone is expected to run on Android 16-based One UI 8.5 and feature seven years of software upgrades. It will include 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

For optics, the phone could carry a 200-megapixel primary camera with an upgraded aperture. It is paired with a 50-megapixel 5x telephoto lens and a 50-megapixel ultrawide-angle sensor.
