Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra is poised to stand out among 2025’s Android releases, with an expected launch in January or February.
This flagship model will likely feature notable design, display, and performance upgrades, which may lead to a higher price. The device might sport a 6.9-inch screen, offering slimmer bezels and a more refined frame. This would make it slightly taller, narrower, and thinner than its predecessor, the S24 Ultra.
It is speculated that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could be rebranded as the Galaxy S25 Note, a nod to the now-discontinued Note series.
It’s expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is predicted to surpass the performance of the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The starting price for the S25 Ultra could exceed the S24 Ultra’s launch price of $1,299.99.
Regarding camera technology, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor is expected to replace the current 12MP sensor, enhancing the 200MP main and 50MP telephoto cameras.
The device will likely come with up to 16GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery, ensuring robust AI and gaming capabilities. Potential colour options include various titanium shades, with exclusive variants available through Samsung’s online store.
