Samsung has expanded the availability of its Galaxy Ring to several Gulf countries and Eastern European markets.
The smart wearable, known for its advanced health-tracking capabilities, is now accessible in Bahrain, Bulgaria, Kuwait, Oman, Romania, Qatar, and the UAE. Prices start at AED 1,499 in the UAE.
Offered in nine sizes ranging from five to thirteen, the Galaxy Ring is available in three finishes: Titanium Black, Titanium Gold, and Titanium Silver. It incorporates a three-sensor system, including a PPG sensor for detecting irregular heart rhythms, a temperature sensor, and an accelerometer. These features are integrated with Samsung’s Health AI to monitor various health metrics.
Users can benefit from features like Sleep Score, snoring analysis, and other sleep metrics that track movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate, and respiratory rate. The Galaxy AI suite further enhances functionality by providing detailed health reports, including an Energy Score.
The device promises up to seven days of battery life on a single charge and includes a clamshell design charging case with an LED indicator for battery status. It is IP68 rated against water and dust and capable of withstanding depths of up to 100 meters with its 10ATM rating.
