Samsung recently launched the flagship Galaxy S25 series during the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event. Additionally, three new smartphones, Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26, have appeared on a certification website, indicating a forthcoming global release.
These listings provide crucial insights into their charging features, suggesting that the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36 could offer the same fast wired charging as Samsung’s latest flagship S-series devices.
Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 Certification Details
According to a report by Gizmochina, the three smartphones have been spotted on the TUV Rheinland website, a global testing and certification body. The Galaxy A56 appears under multiple model numbers: SM-A566B/DS, SM-A566B, SM-A566E/DS, and SM-A566E. Similarly, the Galaxy A36 is listed with model numbers SM-A366B, SM-A336B/DS, SM-A366E, SM-A366E/DS, SM-A366U, SM-A366U1, SM-A366W, SM-S366V, and SM-A3660.
In addition to these two models, the Galaxy A26 also seems to be in the pipeline, with model numbers including SM-A266B/DS, SM-A266B, SM-A266M/DS, and SM-A266M.
Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 Charging Capabilities and Features
The listing reveals that the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36 will feature 45W fast charging. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A26 will support 25W fast charging, offering slightly slower speeds than its siblings.
The Galaxy A56 was also spotted on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website under the model number SM-A566E/DS. According to the FCC listing, the phone will support Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and GNSS for connectivity. It supports 45W charging at 10V 4.5A but appears in the FCC database with the Samsung EP-TA800 adapter, rated for 25W wired charging.
With these certifications in place, Samsung fans can expect the official release of the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26 shortly.
