Following Iran’s substantial missile attack on Israel, Russia has criticized the United States strategy in the Middle East, labelling it a “complete failure.” Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, articulated this viewpoint in a statement posted on Telegram.
Zakharova described the situation as “a bloody drama that is only gaining momentum” and expressed a stark critique of the current U.S. administration’s handling of Middle Eastern affairs.
She further commented on the White House’s response to the escalating tensions, stating, “The White House’s incomprehensible statements demonstrate its complete helplessness in resolving crises.”
The strong rebuke underscores Russia’s position on the effectiveness of U.S. foreign policy in the region amid growing instability.
