Chief of Anjuman-e-Naujawane Islam,Tariq Mehboob, died in the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) custody on Saturday.
According to sources, Mehboob who was in Rangers custody under 90-day remand, passed away this morning around 10 am due to a fatal heart attack.
His body would be shifted to a hospital for an autopsy and other legal formalities.
He was arrested by Rangers on charges of extortion and harboring target killer.
