Re-polling occurs in 53 stations across Khushab, Kohat, and Ghotki. This follows disruptions on February 8, where ballot papers were destroyed. Voting ends at 5 pm today. Stations involved are 26 in NA-88, Khushab; 25 in PK-90, Kohat; and 2 in PS-8, Ghotki.

ECP has stated that the final tallies for these areas will be disclosed upon the complete aggregation of results. This decision came after the ECP mandated a re-vote last week for certain stations within one National Assembly and two provincial assembly constituencies due to severe irregularities involving the compromise of polling materials by external parties.

The affected constituencies were NA-88, Khushab; PK-90, Kohat; and PS-18, Ghotki, where initial results were suspended pending further investigation.

Re-polling is under way in several polling stations of NA-88 (Khushab II), PS-18 (Ghotki I) and PK-90 (Kohat I). District Returning Officer (DRO) #AghaSherZaman confirmed that repolling had begun at “two polling stations of Ghotki’s PS-18”. pic.twitter.com/hMufgZ5oJB
