A joint investigation team (JIT) has been constituted to probe the Rawalpindi bombing incident that left at least six people and scores of others wounded.
SP Rawal would lead the team while Inspector Raja Abdul Rasheed has been made investigation officer (IO) in the case.
The probe team would complete its findings in 2 weeks.
Officials of intelligence agencies have also been included in the JIT.
On Friday, a bomb blast took place outside Imambargah in Rawalpindi, killing at least six people and injuring several others including women and children.
