The Balochistan Home Minister, Sarfaraz Bugti earlier today claimed that a serving agent of India’s secret intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) has been apprehended from Balochistan.
In a media statement, Sarfaraz Bugti said the Indian agent was active in Balochistan with the aim of destabilizing Pakistan.
“It has been our contention that RAW has been involved (in creating unrest) in Balochistan,” said the Home Minister.
He said investigation from the RAW agent is being carried out.
According to sources, the man was arrested by a Pakistan’s intelligence agency in Balochistan three days ago and later he was shifted to Islamabad for investigation.
The arrested agent of RAW had links with separatist groups operating in Balochistan, the sources added
