Senior Minister for Information Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said that the injured MQM senior leader Abdul Rasheed Godil has improved and is almost out of danger.
He said that though Godil was shot for five times and was admitted in hospital in a very critical condition but now his lungs are functioning properly. There is still a bullet in his body, which would also be removed in next few days, he added.
The Sindh Minister was talking to the newsmen at the Liaquat National Hospital Friday where he had been to attend the injured Godil, said a statement.
The Senior Minister said Godil is a brave man and fought well for his life. Godil is regained his senses and has chatted, which is the outcome of prayers of his well-wishers.

He said though the assailants did what they could for silencing him, but the almighty Allah is Great and saved his life.
He said that Godil has chatted with him but no issue pertaining to his security were discussed.
Sindh government has a top priority that Godil should fully recover and then we would talk about his security, he added.
The Senior Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro said that the investigators have obtained some clues about attack on Godil and the culprits would soon be apprehended.
He said the attack on Godil was a conspiracy to deteriorate law and order of the city but Sindh government is fully determined to ensure peace and tranquility in the city at all cost. (APP)
