The Sindh Rangers said in its statement that licenses of 107 weapons were found bona fide; of them, 36 did not match their respective firearms. Furthermore, no licenses were received for the remaining 17 weapons; thus, the number of unlicensed weapons stands at 53.

The spokesman of the rangers remarked that the verification process of licenses is underway at Sindh Home Department.
