KARACHI: Unidentified armed men gunned down a Rangers personnel in Lyari area in early hours of Thursday.
The incident occurred in Nawa Lane, area of Lyari, when unknown armed men accosted the vehicle of paramilitary force and opened indiscriminate fire, resulting instant death of a Rangers man.
Rangers spokesperson said they were conducting a raid in the area when criminals attacked their contingent. The martyred personnel was identified as Asghar.
