Qandeel Baloch laid to rest in her ancestral village near Dera Ghazi Khan town of Punjab.
Qandeel’s funeral prayers were offered in Shah Sadar-ud-Din area near D.G Khan. Funeral were attended by close relatives.
Baloch’s father Azeem Ahmad while talking to media said “My daughter was innocent, we are innocent, we want justice, why was my daughter killed?”
The alleged killer strangled her by blocking her breathing with hands. The marks of nails and fingers were found on her neck, but there were no torture marks on other body parts.

According to the autopsy report, the death occurred between 15 to 36 previous hours.
Meanwhile, the name of another brother of Qandeel, Aslam Shaheen, had been added to the FIR. As per initial report, the main suspect, Waseem, was not happy with her joining the showbiz world.
