A petition has been submitted to the Islamabad High Court concerning the alleged disappearance of Intizar Panjotha, a focal person for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
The application, filed by Advocate Ali Ijaz, states that all communication with Intizar Panjotha ceased after 4 PM on October 8. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, including inquiries made to the police and various other agencies, his current location remains unknown.
The petition urges the court to direct the relevant authorities to ensure the prompt recovery of Intizar Hussain Panjotha. It has listed the federal government as a respondent via the Secretaries of Interior and Defense.
Additionally, the Chief Commissioner of Islamabad, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and the Inspector General of Islamabad Police have been named as parties to the case, reflecting the serious nature of the allegations and the broad scope of the investigation sought by the petitioner.
