Islamabad: Imran Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), on Sunday announced to join the parliament from Monday to attend the joint session of parliament over Yemen conflict.
PTI Chief while talking to media at Bani Gala said “The party’s core committee has decided that we will rejoin parliament from tomorrow to continue our role as a strong opposition,” .
Imran Khan said that he himself will attend the joint session of the parliament, where he would present his party’s point of view over Yemen conflict.
The PTI had left the assemblies in protest against alleged rigging in the last general elections.
On upcoming by-elections in Karachi, he said that he would visit Karachi as part of election campaign.
He said that PTI’s candidate Imran Ismail was attacked twice during the election campaign in NA-246.
