Multan Sultans did not retain any players, making them the only team to enter the auction with a fully open roster.

Islamabad United
Platinum: Shadab Khan – PKR 7 crore
Gold: Salman Irshad – PKR 1.40 crore
Silver: Andries Gous – PKR 1.20 crore
Budget allocation and auction outlook
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, Islamabad United received a total auction budget of PKR 45 crore. The franchise has already spent PKR 9.60 crore on retentions.
The PCB confirmed that all franchises have been formally notified of retained player salaries. An additional PKR 5.50 crore has been reserved for direct signings outside the auction process.
With Multan Sultans retaining no players, the franchise is expected to play a key role during the PSL 11 auction.
