President vows to eliminate crimes from Karachi

Karachi:President Mamnoon Hussain vowed to make Karachi a peaceful city, saying the government is committed to continue operation till arrest of the last criminal.

Addressing at Jinnah University convocation here on Saturday, the president said that the era of unrest is over in Karachi and the city would see peace again.

Mamnoon also said that the killers of Dr. Shakil Auj, Dr Waheed-u-Rehman and others will be arrested soon and no one will dare to disturb peace.

“Karachi is a city of famous people and we shall make it the city of lights again”, he added.
