Joe Biden committed to respecting the judicial process following the conviction of his son, Hunter Biden, on gun charges.

Hunter’s case marks the first time a sitting U.S. president’s child has faced criminal prosecution. “I am the President but also a Dad,” Biden stated. He empathized with families dealing with addiction, acknowledging the strength required for recovery.

The president stated, “I will accept the outcome of this case and will continue to respect the judicial process as Hunter considers an appeal.”

Biden’s statement underscores his dual commitment to his presidential duties and paternal support during this challenging time.
