Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has also announced to launch campaign against the government over Panama leaks and load shedding issue.

After the Provincial Coordination Committees meeting at Bilawal House Karachi on Saturday,PPP Central Information Secretary Qamar Zaman Kaira, while briefing the media said it has been decided to restructure the party after Eid for launching campaign against the government.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari presided over the meeting attended by Raja Pervez Ashraf, Faryal Talpur, Jahangir Badar, Qamar Zaman Kaira and party leaders from all the four provinces.

In the meeting, conveners of the provincial coordination committees presented their reports respectively.

Kaira said he could not give the deadline for party restructuring, however, they were striving to complete it as soon as possible.

“PPP will try to go with the opposition against the government over these issues, however, our party has its own viewpoint as well”, Kaira said. He said at present country is facing Panama leaks and load shedding issues.

To a question, Kaira said PPP was playing a role of effective opposition and would continue to do so.

Commenting on terms of references (ToRs) for the inquiry commission over Panama leaks, he said opposition played effective role over the issue but the negligence was from government side.
