Music fans across the globe celebrated 49th birthday of Pakistani pop-queen Nazia Hassan on Thursday. Though she died almost fourteen years back but she is still alive in the hearts of her fans and her songs are still loved by music lovers of all ages.
The iconic pop star kicked off her singing career, as a child star, with ‘Aap Jaisa Koi Meri Zindagi’ that was performed for a bollywood film ‘Qurbani’. The debut song raised Nazia to the heights of fame earning her a Filmfare award as well.
Besides being a legendry singer, Nazia Hassan was a political analyst as well. Furthermore, she was also a Bar Eight Lawyer.
She got married in 1995 and welcomed her lone son Arez in 1997. Unfortunately, she lost the battle against cancer during 2000 and left her followers crying on 13th August 2000.
