Peshawar: The City police arrested 53 suspects including two Afghan immigrants during a search operation here at Nothia area and shifted them to police station for interrogation.
According to police, the search operation was conducted at Nothia in the limits of Gulbargh police station ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations and 53 suspects were rounded up including two Afghan immigrants under 14 foreign act.
The women policemen also conducted house to house search during the operation. Four pistols were also recovered from their possession. – APP
