The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) denied all allegations pertaining to the extra cost on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s special flight.

Danyal Gilani, official Spokesperson PIA said that the Prime Minister’s special flight will not alter or affect the schedule of other flights. He also stated that arrangements pertaining to the PM’s flight have been completed.

Government had earlier disclosed that a partial Camp Office had been set up in London owing to the Prime Minister’s open heart surgery. Hence, the Camp Office had to be shifted back to Pakistan since the PM had recovered.

A special PIA flight had been tasked to bring back the PM and his Camp Office back to Pakistan. Allegations had been made regarding the special flight and the exorbitant cost that had been incurred to make it ready for the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is all set to return to the country on Saturday evening.
