Gilgit: After recounting of votes candidate of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has been declared successful in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Legislative Assembly from GBLA-7, Skardu-1.
According to the unofficial results announced in Thursday’s wee hours. PML-N’s Haji Akbar Taban obtained 3331 votes followed up by Raja Jalal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) with 3330 votes.

Earlier, Akbar Taban approached the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for re-count after Raja Jalal was declared winner with one-vote lead two days ago.
Raja Jalal talking to media said he will take recourse to the court over the decision.
