An MPA of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) slapped a doctor for not greeting (saying Salaam) him at a gathering in Faisalabad.
MPA Kashif Raheem got furious on what he described as the ‘doctor did not rise to say him Salaam (greeting)’.
A man accompanying the MPA also tried to whip doctor with a stethoscope.
The assaulted doctor threatened that all doctors would boycott hospitals across Punjab, if membership of MPA Kashif Raheem was not suspended.
