ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has left for Turkey to hold talks with Turkish leadership on the emerging situation in the Middle East.
The PM is expected to exchange views with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the situation relating to Yemen.
This was agreed during the PM’s telephonic conversation with the Turkish President on Tuesday.
Given the excellent relations between Pakistan and Turkey and the personal rapport between the leadership of the two countries, the PM and the President of Turkey will also discuss how the two countries could be helpful in addressing the issue.
