Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected the request for he formation of a seven-member larger bench to hear the case of Prime Minister’s disqualification.
The petitions for formation of a larger bench have been rejected by the Chief Justice of Pakistan,Justice Nasirul Mulk.
The petitioners took a stance that the case is of national importance since some major legal and constitutional issues have been raised.
