U.S. singer Pink posted on Instagram about an E. coli infection that stopped her fun vacation. She shared a photo of herself on a couch in casual clothes, with an IV in her arm getting vitamins to help her get better.
In her post, Pink said the infection came from a gut bug called E. coli. It made her put her plans on hold. She told fans it’s not bad and added some fun by joking about mixing her IV with red wine.
E. coli is a bug you can get from dirty food, like raw meat, unclean veggies, or bad water. Signs often include loose stools, belly pain, and fever. Most times it’s mild, but if not treated, it can cause bigger problems. Pink’s quick IV care shows her focus on fast healing.
This is not Pink’s first health issue. In 2024, she stopped her Trustfall tour for a medical reason. She said to fans, “I try hard to sing for you each night, but my doctor said to skip a show after checking all choices.” Even with tough times, Pink’s honest and upbeat ways inspire many.
Her E. coli now is just mild food sickness and won’t last long. Fans are sending lots of good wishes on social media, loving her power and jokes.
To stop E. coli, clean veggies well, cook meat right, and drink clean water. If you have ongoing signs like loose stools or fever, see a doctor fast.
