The city administration refused to give permit to Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) to hold a protest rally in the Rawalpindi city on May 11.
According to sources, the district administration decided not to allow the PAT to organize a protest demonstration as agencies feared a terrorist attack on the rally.
