PTI Senator Ejaz Chaudhry stated Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi promised to dissolve the provincial parliament.

The Punjab CM has raised qualms over dissolving the provincial parliament following the PTI chief’s announcement last month to dissolve Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s assemblies.

Khan wants early elections, and Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies should be dissolved in 10 to 15 days. he further added.

Asked if the Punjab CM will dissolve the provincial assembly, he said not to speculate.

PTI leader said that 73% of Pakistanis want early elections now.

He claimed a deal between President Arif Alvi and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar would be acceptable. However, he said only immediate elections would be discussed.
