Khoobsurat is, in essence, a romantic comedy and a predictable one at that and recycles well known rom com and fairytale storylines. effectively making it a “feel-good” movie in every sense of the word.
The chemistry between the supporting cast is quite good, as is the development of the connection between the two leads. What starts off as furtive glances out the corner of their eyes, develops into something that pulses off the screen every time Fawad and Sonam share it, and the viewer can’t help but root for them despite how wrong they are for each other. All in all a good movie to watch.
